The East and West Kauai Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCD) provide technical, financial, and educational resources to meet the needs of our local land users for the conservation of soil, water, and other natural resources.
Since 1953, Kauai's Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCD) have been helping local farmers and land managers protect their natural resources.
Public meetings are held monthly for East and West Kauai Board of Directors.
